For the last several months, we've been watching via Netflix streaming a TV show out of NZ called The Almighty Johnsons which we finished last night. There were three seasons of the show, which told the story of a family all of whom on their 21st birthdays became avatars of Norse gods on Earth. The story begins when the youngest of them has his birthday and becomes Odin's avatar, and becomes the target of the wrath of the Norse goddesses. The run was variable in quality, but the ending was very, very good. If you'd like a bit of whimsical mythology, give it a try.

Someone recommended it to me, but I can't recall who it was; I'd definitely thank them. It's fun. I hope you like it too!

I also really enjoyed that show! Got started on it when coming back from NZ on a plane, was so glad to be able to watch the rest on Netflix...
