I think that the time is nigh when I'm going to have to stop watching Young Indiana Jones. The latest episodes we watched, which have Indy acting as an agent for French Intelligence during WWI, was just so much buffoonery. That might have something to do with the fact that the episode was directed by Terry Jones of Monty Python, or it may have been written that way, and a Python recruited because of that, but in any case neither it nor the following episode was worth the time I spent on them. On the other hand, the Special Features video lectures that followed, dealing with Ballet Russ, Ballet in general, and Kafka were worth it indeed. I think that we may have to get Netflix to send the videos so that we can just absorb the historical and sociological information that they impart.
