After a hectic day at work (not complaining, mind you. I'd rather be busy than bored), I had made myself an appointment at Massage Envy, because my right shoulder, front and back, has been a mess for weeks, and needed some deep tissue work. It hurt having the work done, and it aches now, but it's far more flexible, and I foresee much improvement to come.
