That must be confusing, occasionally, since the driving situation is different in each country.

It's actually not too bad. The big thing is remembering which side of the road to drive on and who gets priority. I'm reminded of US-type rules when we go to the continent, though.
When I visit the US (or the continent), it's kind of like a switch gets turned on in my brain and I revert to former habits. It's similar to when the first snowfall would hit Colorado each autumn (or late summer sometimes), and I'd become a winter driver again. :)
