Yesterday opened with us getting out of the house at a fairly early hour (before 9AM) because Clean House was filming/having a yard sale not far from us, in Ontario. It appears to be a fairly young family, with not all that much, but the TV show's crew is almost completely new. The host, the designer, and the organizer person were all fresh faces. In fact, one of the people sold her very first item to forestcats...a bookcase. Problem is, we don't really have anyplace to put another shelf. We've got to work that out.

Home again, we got the den/kitchen ready for the Rolemaster game, and while I was doing that, I came upon some Shadow World gaming materials, as well as MERP (Middle Earth RolePlaying), that a local comics shop owner wants to buy. Now, I've had these items from their publication dates, and though I thought I'd get some use out of them, I've scanned through them, and put them aside. I'm willing to keep them, but if I can get a good price for them, then off they're going to him.

We had four gamers over; two father and son teams. The game dragged, I'm afraid. I'd hate to give it up, but in reality, we rarely can put it together for months at a time. We've set a new date for late in February, but I've got to really buckle down and prep a major encounter for them.

To finish off the evening, one of the sons asked to watch The Guild: Season 4, and he liked it very much. Then, down for the count.

Later today, we're going to the Road to California Quilt Show at the Ontario Convention Center. I'm excited to see some of the works, having viewed forestcats photos that she took earlier in the week. We'll then take down the show; she's the chairman/leader of the take down crew.
