Yesterday, I didn't exactly rest, but I didn't go out. I got a few chores done, but mostly I was working on various clean-up duties on the desktop computer.

In the evening, we put on the Netflix disc of Red. It was a really funny, action-packed film. The premise was pretty ridiculous, but that just added to the fun. I can almost see them making a sequel, and it would be worth seeing, if they put together the same creative team. Fun.

It was inspired by a Warren Ellis comic book; the stars are former CIA assassins who are targeted to be killed for what they know.

Then, there's also a love interest for Bruce Willis...

We watched it last night. It was a lot of fun. I'd love to see a sequel, if they maintain the feel of it and come up with a new story for it.

Ellis, the author of the original comic book series, posted in his blog that they're working up a sequel, if they can come up with something workable.

I do. I actually used one in college for a creative writing course. It was interesting, but even then it was obsolete. There was a Kinko's just across the street.
