While my beloved was working on an item of costume for Dungeonmaster, I was doing a first pass over the den and kitchen, running a load of towels in the washer, and a load of dishes as well. There was much to be done.
Unfortunately, we've had a failure of one or possibly two of the house's toilets, with the one leaking all over the floor downstairs, and one backing up and causing a drip from upstairs. The plumber is expected momentarily, so I will be off in a moment to do my ablutions.
We left fairly early to meet Mike and Marlene for dinner at Tropicale in the Silverlake area, I guess. Brazilian food...good. From there, it was off to Dungeonmaster. The show's been getting a much larger audience, recently, and nearly filling the house. Now, that's very nice. forestcats and I opened the show with an auction of "magic" items to raise money for the Legends of Atoll web series that's in production. We sold off several items, including two masks of waterbreathing, two Bags of the Universe, which would give the bearer any food item they wanted in any amount, once per show, a necklace of temperature control, and a cloak of invisibility, which a cast member purchased, and then used in the very next scene to tremendous applause. We raised a couple hundred dollars for the webcast, which will help, and thanks to those who bid!
The show was very good. I look forward to the next installment.
Once I got home, I started working on iTunes; I have to tune it up. Ack.
