As we worked our way through the discs we had available, last night, we first blew through a TV show disc that we'd already seen, though we didn't know it at the time, and then we watched Stitched, a documentary about quilting. Finally, we streamed Jaws, which I'd never seen all the way through, though I'd seen bits, here and there. I'm not much for horror flicks, which, let's be honest, this is, but it did work up anxiety really well.

when time and circunstances permit, I really would recommend watching Jaws in its entirety; in fact, I'm pretty sure I have a DVD I could lend you. It is not only a classic horror flick -- controversial in its time but extremely tame by today's standards -- but it is also a classic of drama. What I mean by that is its construction is a textbook example of conflict: man against nature, man against man, man against himself.

I guess I didn't make myself clear. I just watched Jaws in entirety via Netflix streaming technology. I had never seen it before. I agree that the structure makes it a classic; probably it will be remade again and again as the technology improves.
