Last night, I finished reading The Geometry of Pasta by Hildebrand & Kenedy. I was intrigued by the title, and the subject of the book. The book discusses a large number of pasta variants, how they came to be, what they symbolize, and what toppings they are intended for. The book is filled with recipes for pasta and for sauces, and I found it fascinating.
