First, my youngest sister came to Claremont with her spouse and son to look at the colleges' campus with cousin Steve. Once they'd toured, they met up with us at Walter's for lunch. I was only some blocks away, so I could stop en route to my next facility and have a bite. The company was very good.
Once I got home, I found that forestcats had taken Shelby from her parents, who were trying to get a DIY home project done, and the two of them proceeded to enjoy National Ice Cream Day by visiting as many ice cream shops as they could stomach. Turned out to be three. Then the two of them spent a few hours with our equine population, with Shelby riding around the block on Maimai, and then riding around the corral for a while on Booboo. When they finally became hungry, we took Shelby to John's Incredible Pizza, which isn't, and when her parents got back from the rest of their activities, we dropped her off for them to enjoy her boundless energy! Nice.
IF I'm not on the beeper tonight, MAYBE we'll go see the last Potter film. Maybe.
