This week, I finished reading a book on my electronic reader, the Ematic. It was Furies of Calderon, a fantasy novel by Jim Butcher that I found very readable. The novel caught me, gave me likeable characters and villains to hate, and good action. I'm looking now for the next book of the saga.

Once I got home for the evening, we packed up and headed out to Fullerton, where there was a gathering of food trucks. Apparently, every Friday night on Imperial Highway, they have some dozen or more trucks set up shop, and people flock to it. It was crowded, but not outrageously so, and we got some good food there. The trucks I gravitated to, this time, were trucks I've tried before and liked, and last night they stepped up and fed me well. We were met by Theresa and Derek, and they seemed to enjoy themselves, which was a pleasure to see. A nice night out.
