I helped my beloved with a bit of laundry, to start, but then I had to be at a lunch where a doctor who might join our group and her husband met with all three of us and the senior doctor's wife. It was pleasant, she seems solid. Hopefully, things will work out.
Then, back home, and the preparation to leave for Dungeonmaster. We got out the door a bit early, and considering the traffic tie-ups due to the demonstration downtown, and a traffic accident, that was probably wise.
The show was quite good, though I don't care for split parties as a rule, this one worked better than most. All kudos to the writer!
Afterwards, most folk headed for House of Pies, but they were having a power failure, and so we suggested Fatburger. By the time the general folk had let us know that they'd gone elsewhere, we'd already ordered, so we missed out on a bit of the fun, though there were five of us in the post-show chatting. For that matter, the burger at Fatburger was better than any I've had at House of Pies, so there!
It's going to be a busy week, since we're going to have to build a Sukkah, probably Tuesday night. If enough people RSVP, we're hosting services Friday night in the Sukkah, you see.
