After a week in which I wasn't sure I was going to be able to breathe at any given second, we ended (well, sort of) the week with services in the Sukkah in our backyard. We had a minyan; Ness helped me find all the special prayers for this particular holiday in the prayer book, and after I finished leading the service, off I went back to a hospital to finish my day's work. Whew!

A local physician, with whom I've worked in the past, has found that his team is too small to deal with all the facilities he has to visit, and has been kind enough to transfer a number of nursing home patients to my plate. Because of this, I have a swarm of work to do before we go get educated, and even more when we get back. I'm delighted to be of service, but mildly overwhelmed...

(Speak, or forever hold your peace)
