Big show last night for Dungeonmaster. Very big. They had to pull out a number of folding chairs because the standard seats filled. Four press teams, a huge birthday party, and an anniversary group, along with a number of our regulars all attended the show, which was delightful. People seemed to have had a good time, though the adventurers were wiped out twice. Still, this was the sixth show of the season; it set up next season's theme, and we have one more show to go in the season, this one being The Trials, where the audience favorites of the previous six episodes are all called back to try to become heroes of the realm. Two weeks hence.

On the other hand, we now have the run-in to Thanksgiving, our particular favorite holiday. When I get home from work tonight, I will have to make up a batch or two of spiced pecans in preparation for the festivities...

And also: Bill, I think you should make it a habit of loaning the copy of AD&D module S1, The Tomb of Horrors, which I know you own, to whomever winds up writing the Guardian episode each season. Just so they know what a properly challenging adventure is supposed to look like.

There's certainly something to be said for that. Maybe I can find a .pdf of it someplace...
