Dead Dog Cat

This time, I finished reading another book pressed on me by forestcats after she'd finished it. This one is The Challenger Launch Decision: Risky Technology, Culture, and Deviance at NASA. The book deals with the changes at NASA that led to the failure of the Challenger, a failure which seems to have been recurrent as with Columbia. In the end, it's a sad read.

Finished an older comic I discovered; it's a Sandman Presents from Vertigo called Petrefax #1. Not a great piece, but I am interested in finishing the set.

We watched yet another offering from Neflix: The Court Jester with Danny Kaye. What a classic! forestcats and I were very amused with the surprisingly high production values of the show, and the classic comedic work; I've never seen it in color before (always saw it on B&W TVs), so this was wonderful.

Also watched one of the eeriest and most disturbing of the Babylon 5 series from season 5: "The Corps is Mother, the Corps is Father", which has the whole show done from the POV of the PsiCorps. Very disturbing.

More at another time.
