magic armor from book icons

Latest book read is The Godless Man, written by Paul (AKA P. C.) Doherty. It's another mystery set in the royal camp of Alexander of Macedon, before he was known as Alexander the Great. It was a generally interesting account of that portion of history; this author does seem to give a pretty good feel for the eras he uses for his historic backgrounds.

Last night, forestcats and I watched an abyssmal horror of a film, called License to Kill. For some reason, quite a while back, we just up and stopped going to James Bond films; I think that the street word about this film is what did it. It stunk. I'm glad that I never paid to go see it in the theaters.

In just a few more minutes, I'm off call. I can hardly wait; the beeper has been irritating at best.
