Dead Dog Cat

(no subject)

Landed at Atlanta Airport safely, en route to Orlando. Temperature outside is relatively cool, which was refreshing after the red eye flight. While on the way, I finished reading See Delphi and Die, by Lindsey Davis, which Spenser gifted me; it was a quite enjoyable murder mystery set in the Roman Imperial period. Hats off to shadesong and yendi who live somewhere in this metropolitan area.

Oh, and I hope that forestcats and brushette are getting a good night's sleep.

Made it into Orlando with a hard landing a few hours ago; Avis gave me keys to the wrong car to start the fun, and then the hotel wouldn't check me in until after 4PM. So, now, here I am at the medical convention, using the internet cafe to post quickly.

After I logged off, and was watching Airport CNN, it occured to me that I could also have waved at Dave & Brenda, as well as Dan's parents, but it was about 5AM their time, so, maybe not.
