Dead Dog Cat

After I got my rounds done, I looked at a slow day.

Off the DVR, forestcats and I watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which she enjoyed. I had never seen Willie Wonka until fairly recently, and so it all seemed pretty much a re-hash to me, but that's fine.

She continued to watch various material on Animal Planet about Steve Irwin, and I went into the other room to view another lent anime, this one being Castle in the Sky. I'm getting a steam punk vibe from these, honestly. I didn't think much of this material, really. Pirates as good guys? Who'd a thunk it?

I raced through another book by Bernard Cornwell, this one being Sharpe's Fury, clearly another book in the Sharpe series. This one had Sharpe fighting at Barrosa, in the early portion of the Peninsular War. As usual, I really enjoyed reading this Cornwell book; I've liked nearly all of his works, to some extent.
