Dead Dog Cat

(no subject)

So, twenty-one years ago, today, this vision in beautiful white agreed to spend her life with me, and I sit in awe and wonder each anniversary, recalling my good fortune.

Love you, forestcats! I'd renew vows in a flash!

I finished another library book, today, which was a fascinating read, called Locust: The Devastating Rise and Mysterious Disappearance of the Insect That Shaped the American Frontier, by Jeffrey A. Lockwood, a nonfiction book about biogeography and the history of the settling of the American West. Really pretty interesting and well-written piece of work.
