Dead Dog Cat

(no subject)

I had a couple of stops at a nursing home and a hospital, yesterday, and then got home to feed the equine contingent.

I'm trying to do some deep cleaning up of the desktop computer, malware-type cleaning, and it's taking a very long time. Upwards of twelve hours or more. So the beastie is acting kludgey while it's running the software. I'm likely to have more to do, later.

While waiting for the mechanism to start the process, I watched a rather uninspired episode of ST:DS9, as well. Eh.

Earlier today, I finished reading a graphic novel, Air Volume 4: A History of the Future, reportedly the final volume of the series (do I believe that? Not too much). It deals with a woman who is able to shift vehicles using primarily her mind. I admit to being underwhelmed, in the end, with this saga. If it takes up again, I'm not sure that I'll follow.

I also managed to get through a comic book, The Unwritten #22 where the protagonist is finally given a clue how to use his powers, or at least one of them. Finally.
