Before yesterday's flight, I finished the second volume of graphic novel: Rex Mundi: Book Two: The River Underground. Still good, very nicely figured alternate history. Very worth reading.

Getting home, yesterday, was a chore, as we flew from Orlando to Norfolk, Virginia; sat in the plane, then flew to Las Vegas; sat in the plane, and then to Ontario, California, where it was raining. And us dressed for 80 degree Orlando.

We unpacked, and then mr_curmudgeon arrived for his visit. Since we hadn't eaten all day, we took him to a sushi bar that he'd heard about through some of his Internet contacts, called Rumble Fish, in Montclair. It turned out to be a delicious and beautiful meal. The food was very tasty and the presentation was excellent. We will return there in the future!

Once home, he fairly quickly crashed; we worked our way partly through the contents of the DVR, and I tried to stay up to reset my body clock. I think it worked.

There's a little bit more unpacking to do, and then I want to settle back into the household routine a bit. We have something to do with mr_curmudgeon this evening, and then tomorrow is Dungeonmaster!

During yesterday's flight, I read an ebook version of Osprey Men-at-Arms #149: Prussian Light Infantry 1792 - 1815, which was fairly good, but was mostly useful for its plates, showing the coloration of the forces' uniforms. A minor resource, unless you're into Napoleonic miniatures.
