It's been a busy work week, getting home late most nights, but last night we took the opportunity to try a different breakaway Jewish group for Shabbat services. This was Adat Reim; it appears that they have a rabbi, and they rent a room from the city of Rancho Cucamonga in one of the buildings in their Central Park for services. It was pleasant, and educational, and we enjoyed ourselves. They appear to be a Reform group, so the format was less stringent, and the rabbi played guitar. I also didn't recognize all the melodies, though there were a couple that I haven't heard in years. Nice.
