Anyway, recently I read Serenity: Leaves on the Wind #1, which takes place six months after Serenity, the Firefly movie. It mostly makes sense, given the world that we saw in the productions, and I look forward to the next issue. I think this is going to be a six-issue run.
Next was A Distant Soil #39. I started reading this series while I still lived in Chicago; it's very intermittent/spotty in its release frequency, and to be honest, I just couldn't follow it anymore. Too many things happening, and too long between books. I don't think I'll get the next one, whenever it finally shows up.
Then, Fables #127, 128. I'm pretty far behind this title; the present confrontation makes me pretty uncomfortable, which is probably intentional. I'm still reading...lots of issues to go to get current.
