On the one hand, yesterday's rodeo in Norco was fun. OTOH, with only one cowboy to drive the bulls out of the arena, and no rodeo clown, it seemed a bit...lacking? I can't recall if the team running things were specifically named, but let's just say that I've seen things run better.

Our young friend Shelby had fun, though. Among other things, she got to join other kids in the arena and chased calves to try and pull a ribbon off their tails. Nice to see them all burning energy!

It turned out overall to be a fun afternoon.
