Sunset yesterday was the start of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, and we celebrated with the candle lighting, the appropriate prayers, and with latkes, fried potato pancakes. Yummy!

Otherwise yesterday was a lazy day. Yes, a few things got done, like lugging feed bags into the barn, and lighting a bonfire in the garden at dusk. Mostly, we rested...even the beagle looks refreshed from the relaxation.

And so to work...
