Thursday evening, I got home fairly early and actually joined my beloved at the farm, helping her out with the milking. Two cows...oddly enough, it apparently was Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day at approximately that point (or was it exactly?)...anyway, I spilled about 3/8s of a pint while it was filtering, so I guess I was a celebrant.
I can't recall if I've been mentioning this in passing, but we've finished the Netflix discs now for Justified season three and I still really like it. Great dialogue; good characters.
Since Dungeonmaster isn't giving a show at Orccon, the weekend's local gaming convention, I just can't get up the gumption to want to go. I'm not excited about fighting traffic into the LAX area, where the hotel is, and I'm really not into paying an exhorbitant amount of money to park the car, assuming we can even find any parking. Most likely, I wouldn't even play in anything, just browse the dealers' room. So, no.
