Do you know that honey that's from different sources of pollen tastes different in the end product?

There's a shop in Sebastapol, CA, called Beekind, that has a honey bar where you can do tastings and see what a variety of local, national, and internationally available honeys taste like. Very cool. We stopped there; I purchased several styles of honey (someday, I'm going to have a honey-tasting party, and since honey never spoils, I'm already collecting varieties for it), as well as a book on mead production.
