One of the treasures with which I returned home from Sonoma was a book, called Mead Making (Honey Wine): History, Recipes, Methods and Equipment. I've finished it; it's dry, and a bit dull, though short. Could be useful if you have any desire to try your hand at fermenting honey into an alcoholic beverage.
