I have been gifted with a large drum in a stand, and (so far) three aloha shirts, hand-made by
forestcats. She's got more of the same in the works, but not quite done yet. I'm very pleased with them, and I'm looking forward to wearing them.In the afternoon, I watched (via a Netflix disc) a documentary about Hunter S. Thompson called Buy the Ticket, Take the Ride. I found it very interesting, as I've read much of his work, since the seventies.
Then, in the evening, we watched two more episodes of Battlestar Galactica season two disc one. Better and better. Hard to believe how much better they made this one than the original.
