Lots of classes, today, which has not been true in the past. I'm very impressed overall about the educational experience, this convention.
Lunchtime, we stopped at Emeril Lagasse's restaurant Delmonico's at the Venetian, and had a wonderful meal. Suppertime, we met up with Tobi and Ron and ate at Mario Batali's restaurant B&B's, which was OK, but I wasn't all that impressed with the wait staff, and I didn't like all the food we ordered. Everyone tasted a little of practically everything, though, which was nice.
Back to the hotel, and to bed relatively early, because of the need to be up early the next day for class.
