After watching McCain's very gracious concession speech, and after being thrilled with Obama's call to action in his acceptance, we moved over to the DVD player to let off some steam, and popped in a Netflix disc of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Amusing, but it certainly wasn't worth dropping $20 on to see in the theater. There were too many anachronisms, to boot, that left us complaining as the show progressed. And, as much as I might have liked the ending (wedding), I don't think that there's much point to it. Obviously, they are leaving it open to sequels, yet. I just hope that they use some other plot device to build on.
