 | 07:15 am My Wii Fit age has dropped amazingly quickly; I'm now ostensibly one year older than my stated age instead of twenty-one years older. I put in a half hour of exercises, mostly balance ones, with some aerobic and yoga, and a few strength exercises. Not bad.
Yesterday, at work, I had a physician assistant student working with me. I got a chance to teach her a variety of things, and she worked with about a half dozen of our patients, maybe ten. I enjoyed it, and she seemed to be picking some things up. She'll be working with me until my associate gets back from his vacation.

*embarrassed look* I haven't thrown a Wii-fit in a couple of weeks. :(
I'd been varying between a Wii-age of mid-30 and mid-40... not bad for a 44yo. One morning it decided I was in my 60s, that wasn't nice of it, but I was having a bad balance day.
I think I need to find a PT to help me with my shoulders / arms... especially the left, which some days is hard to lift overhead. guess i'll have to talk to the doc after I get back from MILCON next week. *sigh*
BTW, one of the best things I think skilled doctors can do, is work with students. Kudos to you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom.
Edited at 2008-11-11 05:46 pm (UTC) It could be an issue of old damage.
And I enjoy working with students, interns and residents. I just don't get to do it that often anymore.
There were obviously lots of variables for the fluctuations. Like hell I'm the 28 it says I was yesterday. Yes, you couldn't be a day over 19.
