I got a Wii Fit Age of 33, yesterday, miraculously enough; it hasn't been that low for a while, possibly since I injured my foot. Here's hoping it's a sign of continued improvement, rather than a fluke.

Got home fairly late from work, as this is another nursing home rounding day; ate, watched a bit of Anthony Bourdain in the new series that just started. Then I lazed about, responding to the occasional page, and off to sleep.
