I finished another Dewey Lambdin novel, the new Lewrie book, The Baltic Gambit, and enjoyed it very much. It's another Napoleonic era novel, a bit more graphic, in some ways, than most.

On the other hand, I didn't mange to finish Feast: A History of Grand Eating by Roy Strong; it just didn't hold my interest. Back to the library with you.

Tonight was the opening night of the new Dungeonmaster series, and as I expected, the newly added cast members were producing right away. The players included three who'd never played before, and one who'd been on only rarely in the past. Very nicely done, all, and I can't wait for more of the same, coming up later this season. Looks like we'll be involved with the fey folk, this time around...

No steel weapons in Fairyland; don't make any promise unless you keep it; magic won't work on the Fairyfolk while they are in Fairyland. Interesting rules...

I thought that humans couldn't eat anything while in the courts of the fey. We'll have to see about that.

Next show, two weeks. I can't wait.

Oh, and lots of folk were back for the show, which was delightful. I hope we'll see more of them.
